We had our water softener replaced by The Water Sergeant. His service was quick, punctual, personable, reasonable and meticulous. He was knowledgeable and offered options. He was very attentive to our concerns and addressed them. The haul away of old materials and clean up was spot on. We have found our new local plumber and would highly recommend using him!

I would Highly recommend The Water Sergeant for your water needs! I have had issues with arsenic in our water. I was able to have it removed via reverse osmosis for our drinking water, but had a hard time finding anything or anyone affordable or willing to help me with removing it from the rest of the house. I got Brad's information from a friend who had used his services for the same issue. He does his research, is thorough, and very knowledgeable about safe drinking water! I appreciate the timeliness, accuracy, affordability and friendly service. Thank you Brad for the safe water for my family!

Brad's great to work with. We've had him out to the house on two occasions now over the past year. He's patient with questions if you're like me and want to be informed or learn along the way. We've had a new shower faucet, drain and head installed when the shower valve failed. We also had a new water heater installed on a separate occasion. Provides multiple options for scheduling and is very prompt. I'll likley have him out to replace external faucets on the house later this year.
